During half term, 28 students crossed the English Channel to visit Rockley Water-Sports in the small lakeside town of Le Lac Mimizan in France. The area is characterised by sandy beaches backed by pine forests, with rolling vineyard-covered hills. Here students took part in a range of adventurous activities such as: Pico and Catamaran sailing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Stand-up Paddle boarding, raft building and bike riding. All students had the opportunity to learn new skills and explore different areas of water sports which they may not have accessed before all whilst having great fun with friends. We hope you enjoy the video and photos from our trip!
